Issue
We are unable to fetch a refresh and/or access token.
Resolution
- Verify the `Glean Search OAuth` application has been created and configured correctly.
- Confirm that the inputted OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret fields matches the fields of the ServiceNow OAuth application
- Additionally, verify that the `gleansearch` user has been created and that that both the userId and password matches was inputted to Glean.
- Verify that the inputted domain name or url is correct and excludes any http prefixes.
