Resolution

• Please follow these instructions in order to install the Glean GitHub application in the appropriate GitHub organization.
• If installing or updating the glean-github-app for GitHub Cloud, we've noticed it may take up to 10 minutes for the changes to propagate. Please wait 10 minutes and try again.
